How many lots should I apply for maximum retail allocation?

• IPOs heavily oversubscribed in the retail category will be allocated via lottery. Each applicant could get a maximum of one lot regardless of the number of applications.
• In case the retail category subscription is less than or equal to one time, you can get all the lots that you have applied for. However, this increases the risk of a price drop due to low demand.

Applying for one lot in an IPO is advisable in any case.
