Goldline Pharmaceutical provides marketing and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products to various clients across the seven Indian states. The company started its operations in – and is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This IPO helps the company to repay certain outstanding borrowings and for general corporate purposes. The company will use the fresh issue money to meet its objectives. It also wants to fund its growth and expansion plans.
